A Brief Overview
Rehan has a great deal of experience of dealing with complex employment cases involving TUPE and discrimination, as well as advising on large scale reorganisations and redundancies. He enjoys acting as a trusted adviser to HR practitioners, providing pragmatic and commercial solutions to legal problems.
Although Rehan has acted for a wide range of employers, he has developed a particular specialism in recruitment agency issues and the medical profession and happily provides training for clients when the need arises.
Outside work, Rehan has a number of time consuming interests, not least his family, and he is a Board member of a local housing association.
